SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. How do you ship your orders?

Our preferred shipping courier partner is JRS Express. Your orders will be shipped from Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. You can view the JRS Express scope of delivery here: https://jrs-express.com/branches/#scope. 

2. Can you ship through another shipping courier? 

Yes. To use alternate shipping couriers to service your order, please send us a Direct Message through our Instagram account: @tiendaverda or send us an e-mail at tiendaverda@gmail.com before completing your order so we can re-calculate shipping rates and estimate logistics accordingly. 

3. Where do you ship your items to?

We can ship almost anywhere in the country (Philippines) and select countries outside the Philippines.

4. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and/or number of items ordered as well as the shipping location. You can see the shipping cost when you view your Shopping Cart.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will arrive depending on your shipping location and the items you ordered. Ordinarily, orders will arrive between 5-7 business days within Metro Manila and provincial areas in Luzon. Orders that are bound for Visayas and Mindanao usually take between 8-10 business days.

6. How do I track my order?

We will be providing you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your order via the courier's website.

7. Free shipping?

From time to time, tiendaverda.com store runs free shipping promotions. This however cannot be applied to bulk orders and orders that are to be shipped outside the Philippines.
